Dr. Ray is a native of Tampa, Florida and has lived in the state his entire life. A graduate of Auburn University (class of 58) he has devoted his lifetime to the care of animals. He is the original founder of Beach Park Animal Clinic and continues to work at the practice and has also recently published his second novel.
